I'm sure this is effective, but I will never know because I simply can't get it down due to it quickly coagulating resulting it feeling like I'm drinking chunks of fat. I've tried mixing it in varying degrees of cold and even warm water, mixing it with various flavoring, and the result is always the same. It's frustrating because I can drink a raw egg without issue, but despite various approaches, this is undrinkable, especially considering the cost. This is my first time using this product line and I'm optimistic about the other supplements I ordered, but I can't recommend this in particular.
